So, on a seemingly grey Bogota morning, Saff and her friends Colleen, Katie and Lilliana all decided to represent women everywhere and do the Nike 5k run around the posh part of Bogota city.
All ladies managed to cross the finish time in great personal best style, well done all!

Iron Maiden now with added Anthrax!

Last night I went and saw Iron Maiden again in Bogota but this time with Anthrax supporting. I went with my mate Michael Lawless who managed to get tickets at the last minute we are lucky sods! Anyway it was amazing as usual and we drank a little too much aquadiente but hey it was all worth it!
