Harris is God!!!

On the 28th of February Iron Maiden played for the first time in Colombia and it was amazing!!!! I went with my mates from school Mick Lawless and Sam they are both Aussies and thought that they would never see Iron Maiden in their lifetime. Sod's law though while working in Colombia they hear that Maiden are touring Australia but then we hear the news that they are playing in Colombia aswell for the first time!
So the evening began with me and Lawless travelling to the gig straight after work because we knew how disorganised gigs in Bogota are. We got there at about 5pm and the atmosphere was amazing people had been sleeping in tents for days before the gig just to get a good spot to see Maiden for the first time.
When we got there we found there was no beer being sold, well we half expected this because it usually happens at gigs here as Colombians apparently can't be trusted! Then bought our tea two large bags of crisps and a large bottle of pop! Then the heavens opened and we got soaked as we were only wearing our maiden t-shirts bloody typical though because living in Bogota you need to be prepared for any weather.
As usual the support bands were shit and everyone was just so up for Maiden they didn't really care who was supporting Sam eventually showed up about 5 minutes before Maiden started and after many bottles of Aguadiente which were smuggled into the show and meeting some guys from Medellin we got royally wasted and lost our voices screaming!!
